Derby/Shelton Rotary Club

Scholarship Winners

Scholars and parents with Rotary President Charlie Priddle.

In June, 2004, President Ed Sheehy and the Derby Shelton Rotary Club announced the winners of the Club's annual scholarships. On January 6, 2005 new Rotary President Charlie Priddle had the pleasure of presenting checks to five of the winners who were able to attend the annual scholarship luncheon despite some miserable weather conditions.

The students, who are now in their second semester at their respective schools of higher education, received their checks and were introduced to the Rotarians for brief remarks. Those in attendance included:

  • Marci Minolaio - Naugatuck Valley Community College

  • Stevie Lynn D'Andrea - Fashion Insitute of Technology

  • John Crowley - University of Bridgeport

  • Jenna Horton - University of Richmond

  • Ashley Antosh - Central Connecticut State University
