our gifts into service projects that change lives both close to home and around the world.\u00a0 Contributions to The Rotary Foundation are essential to securing and growing Rotary programs that improve lives and create a better world to support our peace efforts and end polio forever.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Rotary District 7980 (Souther Connecticut) celebrated last Rotary year&#8217;s donations and accomplishments of clubs throughout the district with the following recognitions for the <strong>Derby-Shelton Rotary Club:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Every Rotarian Every Year.<\/strong>..because every dues-paying member contributed to the Annual Fund, and the Annual Fund per capita giving was at least $100.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>100% Foundation Club Giving<\/strong>&#8230;because every dues-paying member contributed to The Rotary Foundation, and the average contribution is at least $100 per capita to any Rotary Foundation gift designation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>End Polio Now<\/strong>&#8230;acknowledged clubs raising at least $1,500 annually to the Rotary Foundation&#8217;s PolioPlus Fund to eradicate polio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Congratulations to the members of the <strong>Derby-Shelton Rotary club<\/strong> for their support and <strong>Major Donor Level<\/strong>.\u00a0 Major donor status is achieved when, through a direct donation or an accumulation of yearly donations to The Rotary Foundation, funds reach $10,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Derby-Shelton now has 4 major donors:\u00a0 Jennifer Champagne, John Daniels, Judy Gulish and Ernie
